1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and Poseidon Tech LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of Tenant Launcher (the "Service"), a Firefox browser extension, a desktop application for Windows and macOS, and an associated account/billing system for launching Microsoft 365 customer admin portals inside isolated browser sessions. By creating an account, installing the extension or desktop app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Tenant Launcher helps IT technicians open Microsoft 365 admin portals (Microsoft 365 Admin, Exchange Admin, Entra Admin, SharePoint Admin) inside an isolated session dedicated to each customer tenant, and lets you organize a list of customer tenants to do this for. In the Firefox extension, isolation is provided by Firefox's own container system. In the desktop app, isolation is provided by a separate browser profile per tenant for Chrome and Brave, and by a dedicated in-app session per tenant for Edge.
The Service does not store, transmit, or have access to your Microsoft passwords, access tokens, or session cookies. All sign-in to Microsoft happens directly on Microsoft's own pages, inside your browser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft 365," "Exchange," "Entra," and "SharePoint" are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here only to describe the portals our Service links to.
3. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorized to manage the Microsoft 365 tenants you add to the Service — we don't verify this on your behalf.
- One account may be used by one technician unless you're on an Enterprise plan with multiple seats.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Service is offered under the following plan structure, as published on our pricing page and subject to change with notice:
| Plan | Price | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | Up to 3 tenants |
| Starter | $4.99/mo | Up to 20 tenants |
| Unlimited | $7.99/mo | Unlimited tenants, 1 seat |
| Enterprise | From $7.99/seat/mo | 2+ seats, unlimited tenants |
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or annually, if you choose annual billing) via our payment processor, Stripe.
- We don't store your card number — payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor.
- Adding seats (Enterprise): Seats you add to an Enterprise plan are available immediately. You are not charged for them at the time you add them; your next regular monthly invoice will include all of your seats at the then-applicable per-seat rate. If adding seats moves your account into a different pricing tier, a prorated adjustment for the remainder of the current billing period may apply.
- Removing seats (Enterprise): You may remove unused seats from the team dashboard at any time, subject to the Enterprise minimum of 2 seats. Removal takes effect immediately; no credit or refund is issued for the current billing period, and your next regular invoice will reflect the reduced seat count and the per-seat rate for your new pricing tier.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refund policy: We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the Free plan after a grace period of 7 days.
5. Your data
Tenant names, SharePoint domain prefixes, and your browser's isolation mappings (Firefox container IDs, or the desktop app's per-tenant browser profiles/sessions) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. On Enterprise team accounts, opening a portal also records a device label (your computer's name and the browser used) to our servers, visible only to your team's owner — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what account-level data we do collect (email, subscription status, activity logs, and similar account metadata). We do not collect IP addresses.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access Microsoft 365 tenants you are not authorized to administer;
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, billing, or licensing restrictions;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service except as permitted by an Enterprise agreement;
- Use the Service in a way that violates Microsoft's own terms of service for the portals it links to.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Tenant data stored locally on your device (in your browser, or in the desktop app) is not affected by account termination — it remains on your device until you remove it yourself, such as by uninstalling the extension or desktop app.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Firefox, Chrome, Edge, or Brave version, operating system, or Microsoft 365 configuration. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy decisions made by Mozilla, Google, Microsoft, or Brave Software that affect the Service's functionality.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poseidon Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Replace this with the jurisdiction your business actually operates in.
