1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of MSP Tenant Launcher (the "Service"), a browser extension and associated account/billing system for launching Microsoft 365 customer admin portals inside isolated Firefox containers. By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is — and is not
MSP Tenant Launcher helps IT technicians open Microsoft 365 admin portals (Microsoft 365 Admin, Exchange Admin, Entra Admin, SharePoint Admin) inside dedicated Firefox containers, and lets you organize a list of customer tenants to do this for.
The Service does not store, transmit, or have access to your Microsoft passwords, access tokens, or session cookies. All sign-in to Microsoft happens directly on Microsoft's own pages, inside your browser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft 365," "Exchange," "Entra," and "SharePoint" are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here only to describe the portals our Service links to.
3. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorized to manage the Microsoft 365 tenants you add to the Service — we don't verify this on your behalf.
- One account may be used by one technician unless you're on an Enterprise plan with multiple seats.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Service is offered under the following plan structure, as published on our pricing page and subject to change with notice:
| Plan | Price | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | Up to 3 tenants |
| Starter | $5/mo | Up to 20 tenants |
| Unlimited | $10/mo | Unlimited tenants, 1 seat |
| Enterprise | From $7.99/seat/mo | 2+ seats, unlimited tenants |
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or annually, if you choose annual billing) via our payment processor, [STRIPE / YOUR PROCESSOR].
- We don't store your card number — payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refund policy: [e.g., "We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law."] — replace with your actual policy.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the Free plan after a grace period of [X days].
5. Your data
Tenant names, SharePoint domain prefixes, and Firefox container mappings
are stored locally in your browser (browser.storage.local)
and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. See our
Privacy Policy for exactly what account-level
data we do collect (email, subscription status, and similar account
metadata).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access Microsoft 365 tenants you are not authorized to administer;
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, billing, or licensing restrictions;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service except as permitted by an Enterprise agreement;
- Use the Service in a way that violates Microsoft's own terms of service for the portals it links to.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Tenant data stored locally in your browser is not affected by account termination — it remains on your device until you remove it yourself.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Firefox version or Microsoft 365 configuration. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy decisions made by Mozilla or Microsoft that affect the Service's functionality.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12 months] preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Replace this with the jurisdiction your business actually operates in.
