1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of MSP Tenant Launcher (the "Service"), a browser extension and associated account/billing system for launching Microsoft 365 customer admin portals inside isolated Firefox containers. By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is — and is not

MSP Tenant Launcher helps IT technicians open Microsoft 365 admin portals (Microsoft 365 Admin, Exchange Admin, Entra Admin, SharePoint Admin) inside dedicated Firefox containers, and lets you organize a list of customer tenants to do this for.

The Service does not store, transmit, or have access to your Microsoft passwords, access tokens, or session cookies. All sign-in to Microsoft happens directly on Microsoft's own pages, inside your browser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft 365," "Exchange," "Entra," and "SharePoint" are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here only to describe the portals our Service links to.

5. Your data

Tenant names, SharePoint domain prefixes, and Firefox container mappings are stored locally in your browser (browser.storage.local) and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what account-level data we do collect (email, subscription status, and similar account metadata).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Tenant data stored locally in your browser is not affected by account termination — it remains on your device until you remove it yourself.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Firefox version or Microsoft 365 configuration. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy decisions made by Mozilla or Microsoft that affect the Service's functionality.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12 months] preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect.

11. Governing law
